At House Of Tradition, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, including but not limited to:

- Size or fit issues
- Color or design preference (Actual product color may vary slightly from images due to lighting and photography.)
- Sale items or discounted products
- Gift cards or promotional purchases
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseoftraditionofficial@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
After verification, we will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution at our discretion. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
If a return is approved, a return shipping fee of ₹200 will be charged from the customer. This amount will be deducted from the refund value at the time of processing the refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been confirmed and processed.
